“Page Information” means all personal information you submit, upload, and/or post for storage, sharing, and/or display through or on this Website, including but not limited to text, pictures, audio, video, electronic files, and all other content on your Xistance page(s). Some Account Information may also be Page Information, depending on the information you elect to store, share, and/or display on your Xistance page. For example, your user ID is both Account Information and Page Information. You may also elect to display your age and gender on your Xistance page(s) – if you do, your age and gender are also Page Information.
Some personal information collected by our Website may not be Account Information or Page Information (for example, device ID).
Your Xistance page(s) default to fully private at the time of account registration. This means that no one will be able to view your Page Information unless you change your privacy settings and allow them to do so. In this way, this Website allows you to define your privacy controls. You decide, by use of Xistance privacy settings, what portions of Page Information you share with Xistance members and those with whom you connect on this Website.
Please note Page Information cannot be set to be fully public for viewing by or sharing with non-Xistance members. Only people who are members of Xistance will be able to see your Page Information.
No Children Under 13
This Website is not directed at or intended for use by children under 13 years old. Xistance requires its users to provide a date of birth to create an account. You are not be permitted to register an account or use this Website if you are under 13.
